I would guess no competitive racer would post any of their setup info on a forum ;lol

I always try to get a answer from the manufacturer themselves, they can usually give you a hot target pressure, adjust your could pressure so that you reach target pressure. If you temperatures are out of their window adjust alignment or try a different compound, or wider or smaller tires.

I'd try someting like 1,7 or 1,8 bar and work from there if trying fom scratch, bit similar to R888 for instance.

I ran last year with 34psi hot, the cold temp will be different for each car, due to weight distribution, alignment and driver style to be honest.

Assume in the wet you drop the pressure? If so, by much?

Now that is a black art.

Some say drop the pressure by a couple of pounds, some say increase it by a couple.

It all depends on your wet driving style as to whether you'll generate any heat (hence grip). If you generate heat then you negate any increase in starting pressures, but then you probaby won't generate enough heat in any case.

No real answer to this other than gut feel and experience. If you ever find yourself running on a wet day, pit and check/adjust your pressures then go straight back out and see if you can "feel" the difference, and then adjust them (up or down) accordingly.

Too many people concentrate on black arts instead of focusing on their wet driving technique. Practice makes perfect.
