Blame fatherhood!!
I had a cold coming on Tuesday morning - so at lunch I went for a 10k run - it then hit like a sledgehammer in the afternoon - but by last night it had pretty much worked it's way through the system.
I have no problem with the weather though - 15cm of snow due on Friday - so Saturday should be an excellent powder day in the mountains
